美国体育与健康组织框架研究

Research on The Combination Framework of Sports and Health in the U.S.

摘要: 通过梳理美国体育与健康结合的发展历程、治理体系、服务平台以及产业布局,发现美国体育与健康组织框架是通过政府宏观调控,多个部门联动协同实现的,营造了促进体育与健康融合发展的良好环境。形成了由卫生与公共服务部、国立卫生研究院、美国运动医学学会、国家健康统计中心和体力活动指南咨询委员会共同组成的服务平台;同时美国体育与健康产业蓬勃发展,以健身房,体能训练中心,物理治疗中心等为代表的产业,已经形成了相当庞大的市场。当前,美国体育与健康已形成了以政府宏观调控,各部门和组织协调配合,各产业迅速发展的格局。

Abstract: This article examines the combination of sports and health in the United States in terms of development history, governance system, service platform and industry layout. It is found that the combinaiton framework of sports and health in the U.S. is realized through the government's macro-control and the coordination of relevant departments and orgnizations, which creates a favorable environment for the combined development of sports and health. The sports and health promotion service platform is composed of HHS, NIH, ACSM, NCHS and PAGAC. Meanwhile, the sports and and health industry, represented by gyms, physical training centers, physical therapy centers, is booming and has formed a huge market.Currently, sports and health have formed a framework, in which the government is responsible for macro-control, relevant departments and orgnizaitions coordinate with each other, and the industrial sectors are gaining rapid development.
