摘要/Abstract

摘要： ：探讨体育市场在各类体育资源配置中的决定性作用，以求推动我国体育事业实现新发展。研究认为，体育市场“基础性作用”导向下体育发展在思路、定位、供求、投融资和政策等问题上仍然存在局限与困境，践行市场在体育资源配置中起“决定性作用”，对促进和指导体育实践具有积极的意义，将直接决定我国未来体育发展的定位、体制改革及路径设计。为此，应当增强市场意识，按市场需求和市场规律谋划体育转型升级;坚持市场化方向，积极推进运动项目市场化改革;培育多元化的市场主体，完善社会力量参与体育的体制机制;优化市场环境，拓展体育融资渠道;推进政府职能转变，满足政府、市场的双向设计;完善制度供给，为体育改革与发展提供有力的制度保障。

Abstract: The paper explores the decisive role of sports market in the allocation of all kinds of sports resources in order to realize the new development of China’s sports. The research believes that there are still limitations and difficulties in the thinking,orientation,supply and demand,investment and financing and policies under the guidance of market’s "basic function". The belief of the “decisive role” of market in the allocation of sports resources plays a positive part in sports practice,which directly decides the positioning,system reform and design of China’s future sports development. Therefore,a series of suggestions and countermeasures are discussed in the paper.
