Abstract: Using methods of literature, expert interview and case study and so on, based on the analysis of basic logic of evolution of social responsibility of Chinese professional sports clubs, this paper expounds the evolution process of social responsibility of Chinese professional sports clubs, and summarizes its evolution characteristics, then puts forward the development trend and suggestions of social responsibility of clubs. The research shows that essence of club - function and mission of club, and its relationship with society - practice content and realization way of social responsibility of club is a new logical path. The development and evolution process of social responsibility of Chinese professional sports club is divided into the stage of social responsibility dependency under non-enterprise, the stage of social responsibility dislocation under incomplete enterprise, the stage of reconstruction of social responsibility in general sense, the stage of innovation of social responsibility in modern enterprise. In different stages of development, the essence, function and mission of club, the relationship between club and society, the practical content and realization of social responsibility of club are different. The evolution of the relationship paradigm among government, club and society is a dynamic process of seeking relationship rationality and agreement. The evolution of social responsibility cognition and accountability behavior paradigm of professional sports clubs is a process in which clubs seek advanced and adaptive. In the future, the development of social responsibility of clubs needs to further changes the concept of social responsibility development, and constructs social responsibility system, then innovates the practice mode of social responsibility.
