摘要: 文章以肌萎缩侧索硬化症、帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、自闭症为例,重点阐述神经退行性疾病的发病机制及其与前额叶皮层和几种特殊蛋白的关系,并介绍了相关探索性治疗及运动干预的研究进展,旨在为攻克此类疾病寻找切入点。

关键词: 神经退行性疾病, 前额叶皮层, 神经生物学, 运动干预

Abstract: Various types of people are increasingly troubled by neurodegenerative diseases. The researches of these diseases in pathogenesis and in neurobiology have become more and more in-depth. The prefrontal cortex (PFC), an important brain area, is closely related to mental activities such as language thinking and emotions, and its relevance to various neurodegenerative diseases is gaining more and more attention. The research of mechanism on the prefrontal cortex and related areas is increasingly going deeper along with the development of molecular biology and imaging. Treatment and adjunctive treatment methods are constantly being explored, and non-pharmacological treatment measures, such as exercise interventions, have received increasing attention.This article intends to review the research progress in this area.
