Mechanism Transformation and Promotion Approach: Thoughts on the Four All-Media Concept of Sports News Production and Communication

Abstract: Using the methods of literature review, induction and deduction, this paper analyzes the connotation, mechanism and promotion approach of sports news production and communication from the perspective of four all-media concept. The research argues that under the four all-media framework, sports news presents new connotations in the dimensions of time and space, technology, society and ecology, and the production and dissemination of sports news need to be further transformed and improved in terms of time, space, subject and efficiency. It is necessary to correct the problems of one-way production process, official communication nature and no feedback on the effect, and highlight the characteristics of multiple information fusion, communication structure interaction, user empowerment, information feedback. The mechanism of "concept, content, form, theme, means, methods, formats and systems" of sports news communication has been transformed from the module separation mode of acquisition, editing, review and distribution to the all-round and full process information product system, from a single way of news presentation to a diversified and aggregated information platform system, from monopolized news production to integrated and mixed information user system, from the inefficient utilization of news resources to the coupling and efficient information service system. The four subsystems of the all-media sports news system are not a "1+1+1+1" parallel permutation and combination relationship, but an organic aggregate, which needs to be adjusted according to the time and place and the media. It is suggested to build a sports all-media pattern by way of strengthening the training of new sports communication talents, developing sports user interactive experience services, developing media technology enabling communication, and improving sports news media matrix.
