摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:观察和评价“三桥运动疗法”治疗非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选择成都体育学院附属体育医院2013年10月-2015年3月非特异性下腰痛患者60例,采用“三桥运动疗法”,观测治疗前、治疗后一月及三月的总腰椎前突角,骶骨倾斜角,视觉模拟评分法(VAS),功能障碍指数(ODI),健康调查简表(SF-36)评分变化,对治疗前后疗效进行评估。结果:所有患者均获得随访,“三桥运动疗法”治疗非特异性下腰痛治疗前与治疗后一月,治疗后一月与治疗后三月后相比较两组在总腰椎前凸角差,骶骨倾斜角,VAS,ODI上其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“三桥运动疗法”治疗非特异性下腰痛临床疗效良好。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of No-specific Low Back Pain(NLBP) after triple bridge exercise therapy. Method: In the period from Oct. 2013 to Mar. 2015, 60 cases of patients with no-specific low back pain from Chengdu Sports University were treated with triple bridge exercise therapy. The clinical effects were observed, compared and assessed according to the changes of the lumbar lordosis angle, sacral inclination angle,VAS,ODI,SF-36 before treatments and one month after treatments, three month after treatments. Results: All 60 patients were successfully followed up during the treatment. There is a distinctive difference between the pre-therapy and one month after treatments, one month after treatments and three month after treatments .The two groups are statistically different (P<0.05) in lumbar lordosis angle, sacral inclination angle, VAS,ODI. Conclusion: The clinical effect of NLBP by triple bridge exercise therapy is satisfactory.
