Abstract: Depending on order theories, this paper researches the transformation of sport order, with the results showing that China’s sport order is divided into ethic order and legal order. China’s sports order is now transforming from ethic order to legal order because of the split of ethic order, with the legalization of sport morality as the main path. Under this path we should pay attention to sport autonomy and individual order, set up hierarchical order on the basis of multi-element. Last but not least, sport ethnic order still plays its role in the process of the transformation.
