摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运用秩序理论对我国体育秩序转化问题进行了探究,结果显示:我国体育秩序分为体育道德秩序和体育法律秩序,由于体育道德分裂,目前正经历从体育道德秩序向体育法律秩序的转化,体育道德法律化是主要路径之一。在这条转化主线之下还应该关注体育自治问题、建立以多元为基础的等级秩序以及关注个体秩序。最后,从体育道德秩序向体育法律秩序转化过程中体育道德秩序依然起作用,只是回到了它应有的位置。

Abstract: Depending on order theories, this paper researches the transformation of sport order, with the results showing that China’s sport order is divided into ethic order and legal order. China’s sports order is now transforming from ethic order to legal order because of the split of ethic order, with the legalization of sport morality as the main path. Under this path we should pay attention to sport autonomy and individual order, set up hierarchical order on the basis of multi-element. Last but not least, sport ethnic order still plays its role in the process of the transformation.
