复方中药吸入对大鼠有氧运动能力影响的研究

摘要: 目的探讨递增负荷游泳运动以及中药吸入对大鼠运动能力的影响。方法将32只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为安静对照组S(n=8)、中药吸入组M(n=8)、运动组T(n=8)和运动加中药吸入组TM(n=8)。在8周递增负荷游泳训练及复方中药吸入前后测定血清睾酮含量、最大摄氧量、血红蛋白和红细胞压积的数值。结果(1)经过8周递增负荷游泳训练,T组大鼠血清睾酮、最大摄氧量、血红蛋白和红细胞压积等指标都要高于S组;(2)同样8周递增负荷游泳训练后,TM组大鼠血清睾酮含量、最大摄氧量和血红蛋白含量明显大于T组。结论复方中药吸入法能够对机体组织起到保护作用,并促进机体恢复,从而提高运动能力。

Abstract: Objectivethe paper is to study the effect of swimming with increasing intensity and inhalation of compound traditional Chinese medicine on the aerobic capacity of rats. Methods:32 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group(S), traditional Chinese medicine inhalation group(M), training group(T) and training+TCM inhalation group(TM).The testosterone, maximum oxygen uptake, hemoglobin and hematokrit were detected before and after the increasing load swimming training for 8 weeks. Results(1) T group's testosterone, maximum oxygen uptake, hemoglobin and hematokrit were significantly higher than those in group S after 8 weeks. (2) TM group's testosterone, maximum oxygen uptake and hemoglobin were significantly higher than those in group T after 8 weeks. ConclusionCompound Chinese medicine inhalation is able to promote the recovery of sports fatigue and athletic ability.
