泡沫轴练习与静态牵拉对运动性肌肉疲劳影响的比较研究

A Comparative Study of the Effects of Foam Rolling Exercises and Static Stretching on Exercise-induced Muscle Fatigue

摘要: 目的:比较泡沫轴滚压练习和静态牵拉两种放松方式对运动性肌肉疲劳的影响效果,为该两种放松方式的应用提供依据。方法:将受试者随机分成3组,即:对照C组、泡沫轴F组和牵拉S组,每组21人。3组受试者先进行负重深蹲运动,随后分别接受平卧休息、泡沫轴滚压练习、静态牵拉的干预,且于运动前,运动后即刻,运动后0.5 h、24 h及48 h进行肌力指标的测试。结果:(1)在运动后即刻、0.5 h时,3组向心峰力矩与等长峰力矩均比运动前显著降低(P<0.01);(2)24 h时3组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);(3)48 h时F组(P<0.01)与S组(P<0.05)向心峰力矩显著高于C组,3组间等长峰力矩均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:⑴静态牵拉和泡沫轴练习都能较好缓解运动后肌肉疲劳。⑵泡沫轴练习与静态牵拉对肌肉疲劳的缓解作用在运动后24 h时开始体现,而在48 h后效果显著。⑶泡沫轴练习较静态牵拉更有利于等长收缩肌力的恢复。

Abstract: Objective:to compare the effects of foam rolling exercises and static stretching on the exercise-induced muscle fatigue,and to provide some basis for the application of these two relaxation methods. Methods:subjects were randomly divided into control group C (N=21), foam rolling group F (N=21) and stretching group S (N=21).The subjects in the three groups performed weight bearing squats first, and then received supine rest, foam rolling exercise, and static stretching intervention respectively and were tested on peak torque indicator at five phases: before exercise, immediately after exercise, 0.5 h, 24 h and 48 h. Results:(1) Immediately after exercise, and at 0.5 h, both centripetal peak torque and equal peak torque of the three groups were significantly lower than those before exercise (P<0.01); (2)There was no significant difference between the three groups at 24 h on centripetal peak torque and equal peak torque (P>0.05); (3)At 48 h, the centripetal peak torque of Group F (P<0.01) and Group S (P<0.05) were significantly higher than that of Group C, and there was significant difference between the three groups on equal peak torque (P<0.01). Conclusion: (1) Both static stretching and foam rolling exercises have a mitigating effect on exercise-induced muscle fatigue. (2) The effects of foam rolling exercises and static stretching on muscle fatigue begin to appear at 24 h after exercise, and have obvious effects after 48 h. (3) The foam rolling exercises are more beneficial to the recovery of isometric muscle strength than static stretching.
