摘要： 通过搜集2014-2016年我国企业投资海外足球俱乐部的数据,分析中国企业投资海外足球产业的特征、动因与启示,旨在为我国体育产业投资提供思路与参考。研究认为,中国企业的海外投资具备以下特征:投资俱乐部数量增长迅速;投资区域主要集中在欧洲联赛;投资企业的性质以民营企业为主;大规模投资主要集中在西甲、英超及意甲俱乐部;投资方式以横向并购为主。投资海外足球俱乐部的动因包括:政策动因、经济动因、足球自身价值动因以及品牌提升动因。启示与建议,海外体育产业投资首选足球及其它优质体育资源;改善国内足球投资环境,引导海外投资企业反哺国内市场;海外投资风险与机遇并存,中国企业需理性投资。

Abstract: Based on the data on Chinese enterprises which invested in overseas football clubs in 2014-2016, the present paper analyzes the characteristics, motivations and revelations of Chinese enterprises' investment in overseas football clubs, aiming to provide a reference for Chinese sports industry investment. The study suggests that Chinese enterprises' overseas investment has the following characteristics: the number of clubs in which Chinese enterprises have invested increases rapidly; European leagues are the main investment fields; the investment enterprises are mainly private ones; major investments targets include the Spanish La Liga, British Premier League and Italian Serie A clubs; M & A is the main investment mode currently. The investment motivations include government policies, economic consideration, football industry value and brand enhancement. Revelation and suggestions: overseas investment should target football industry and other quality sports resources; Improving the domestic football industry investment environment and guide overseas enterprises to invest in domestic market; overseas investment risks and opportunities coexist, therefore, Chinese enterprises need to invest rationally.
