摘要： 文章采用文献资料法、层次分析法、熵权法等,以体育赛事与城市发展的内在逻辑为出发点,在梳理分析相关理论和政策文件的基础上,构建了包含“理想的城市条件、完善的体育赛事体系、高水平的竞技体育、发达的体育产业、繁荣的体育文化”共计5个一级指标、13个二级指标、41个三级指标的成都建设世界赛事名城的评价指标体系,并对所构建的指标体系进行实证研究。研究显示当前成都世界赛事名城建设处于中等水平,与初步目标的达成存在差距,并据此提出提高体育产业资源配置能力、提升体育赛事品牌知名度、加强职业体育俱乐部建设、厚植城市体育文化资本等建议。

Abstract: Using the methods of literature, analytic hierarchy process, and entropy weight, and taking the internal logic of sports and urban development as a starting point, this paper constructed, based on the relevant theories and police documents, an evaluation index system of Chengdu as a world famous city for sports competition, and carried out empirical research on it. The system includes 5 first-level indicators, namely,"ideal urban conditions, perfect sports event system, high-level competitive sports, mature sports industry, and prosperous sports culture", 13 second-level indicators, and 41 third-level indicators. The empirical results show that currently Chengdu's construction of world famous city for sports competitions is at a medium level, and there is a gap with the initial goal. Based on this, this paper proposes that to meet the set goal, measures to be taken include: improve the resource allocation capacity of sports industry, enhance the brand awareness of sports events, strengthen the construction of professional sports clubs, and cultivate urban sports culture capital.
