复合弓不同开弓技术动作肌肉用力一致性分析与比较

Analysis and Comparison of Muscles' Consistency in Different Bow-opening Techniques of Compound Bow

摘要: 目的: 比较复合弓“直臂开弓”和“屈臂开弓”两种不同开弓技术动作肌肉用力的一致性。方法: 在复合弓初学者中随机选取青年健康男性受试者16名,分别以两种开弓技术动作完成12支箭的连续实射;运用Cometa无线表面肌电测试系统同步采集持弓臂和拉弓臂肌肉的表面肌电信号,并以iEMG的“标准差与平均数的比值(%)”作为派生指标,采用两因素重复测量方差分析法考察不同开弓技术动作之间指标均值的差异。结果: (1)直臂开弓技术中,持弓臂三角肌中束和后束的Z10-12(%)值均比Z1-3(%)值增大(P<0.05),肱三头肌则均无显著性差异(P>0.05);拉弓臂肱二头肌、三角肌后束和斜方肌下束的Z7-9(%)和Z10-12(%)值均比Z1-3(%)值增大(P<0.05);(2)屈臂开弓技术中,持弓臂肱三头肌、三角肌中束和后束的Q10-12(%)值均比Q1-3(%)值增大(P<0.05),拉弓臂肱二头肌、三角肌后束和斜方肌下束的Q10-12(%)值均比Q1-3(%)值增大(P<0.05);(3)两种开弓技术动作相比,持弓臂和拉弓臂各主要用力肌肉的第1~9支箭的Q(%)值与Z(%)值均无显著性差异(P>0.05);而Q10-12(%)值比Z10-12(%)值减小(P<0.05),Q1-12(%)值也比Z1-12(%)值减小(P<0.05)。结论: 复合弓初学者分别以直臂开弓和屈臂开弓技术动作射出12支箭的最后3支箭时,上臂及躯干主要收缩肌肉用力的一致性皆显著降低。其中,持弓臂三角肌后束最明显,其次是肱三头肌和三角肌中束;拉弓臂肱二头肌最明显,其次是三角肌后束和斜方肌下束;两种开弓技术动作相比,复合弓初学者持弓臂和拉弓臂在屈臂开弓中的一致性均分别高于直臂开弓,尤其是在第10~12支箭。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze and compare the consistency of muscular exertion in straight arm bow-opening and bent arm bow-opening techniques. Methods: 16 young healthy male compound bow beginners were randomly chosen as subjects to continuously shoot 12 arrows with the two techniques respectively. The sEMG signals of major muscles on both the arms were collected synchronously with Cometa Wireless sEMG Test System. In addition, iEMG's "ratio of standard deviation to average (%)" was used as a derivative indicator. The difference of the averages of the two techniques were investigated with the two-factor repeated measures ANOVA statistical method. Results: (1) In the straight arm bow-opening technique, the Z10-12 (%) values of both the lateral deltoid and the posterior deltoid on the holding arm were higher than the Z1-3 (%) value (P<0.05) and there was no significant change in both the Z10-12 (%) value and the Z1-3 (%) value of triceps; both the Z7-9 (%) value and the Z10-12 (%) values of biceps, posterior deltoid, and lower trapezius on the drawing arm were higher than the Z1-3 (%) value (P<0.05);(2)In the bent arm bow-opening technique, the Z10-12 (%) values of triceps, lateral deltoid and posterior deltoid on the holding arm were all higher than the Z1-3 (%) value (P<0.05); the Z10-12 (%) values of biceps, posterior deltoid, and lower trapezius on the drawing arm were higher than the Z1-3 (%) value (P<0.05); (3) In the two open-bow techniques, there was no significant difference in the Q (%) and Z (%) values of major muscles from arrow 1 to arrow 9 (P>0.05); while the Q10-12 (%) value was significantly lower than the Z10-12 (%) value and the Q1-12 (%) was also significantly lower than the Z1-12 (%) value (P<0.05). Conclusion: (1) Consistency of major muscles of the upper arm and trunk was significantly reduced when compound bow beginners shot the last three arrows of the twelve arrows respectively with the straight arm technique and the bent arm technique. The posterior deltoid on the holding arm was the most obvious, followed by the triceps and the lateral deltoid; while the biceps on the bow drawing arm was the most obvious, followed by posterior deltoid and lower trapezius.(2) In the two bow-opening techniques, compound bow beginners' consistency of both the holding arm and the drawing arm in the bent arm technique was higher than that in thebow-opening technique, especially in arrow 10 to 12.
